Vodafone Group has reported a solid start to its 2027 financial year, with continued growth across its operations and an improved outlook following the completion of the Safaricom transaction.

For the first quarter ended 30 June 2026, Group organic service revenue increased 5.2%, while organic Adjusted EBITDAaL rose 6.2%. Reported total revenue increased 9.7% to €10.3 billion, supported by service revenue growth and the consolidation of Three UK.

Following the completion of the Safaricom transaction, Vodafone updated its full-year FY27 guidance to €13.0 billion–€13.3 billion for Adjusted EBITDAaL and €2.6 billion–€2.9 billion for Adjusted free cash flow. The company now expects to deliver results at the upper end of both guidance ranges.
